Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a General Manager based in Hong Kong SAR. The General Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead strategic initiatives, and manage relationships with stakeholders and partners in the sports IP domain. Responsibilities include driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, monitoring financial performance, and fostering collaboration across teams. The General Manager will also work closely with senior management to align operational goals with long‑term business objectives. Qualifications Proven leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills Strong knowledge of sports industry dynamics, with a focus on football and intellectual property Proficiency in business development, and operational oversight Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment Demonstrated ability to develop groups based on an SME capacity Experience in managing cross‑functional teams and working with diverse stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus Fluency in English; proficiency in other Latin Languages is an advantage Seniority Level Director Employment Type Contract Job Function Management and Manufacturing Industries Investment Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
