Yick Fung Hong Cosmetic & Detergent Co Ltd is seeking a talented General Trade Manager to join our team in Kwai Hing, Kwai Tsing District. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth in our general trade business, playing a crucial role in the overall success of our company. What you'll be doing Developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the general trade market Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, including negotiating contracts and closing deals Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform our sales and marketing initiatives Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to the leadership team Mentoring and developing the sales team to ensure high performance What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the cosmetic or FMCG industry, with a proven track record of success Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision‑making Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Thorough understanding of the general trade market and the competitive landscape Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field About us Yick Fung Hong Cosmetic & Detergent Co Ltd is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high‑quality cosmetic and household products.
