Description As a General Manager, your main responsibilities will include: Operational Leadership Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Implement and monitor health, safety, and sanitation standards Team Management Recruit, train, and develop staff across all departments Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability Monitor inventory, ordering, and waste reduction Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions Customer Experience Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction through attentive service Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally Develop initiatives to increase customer loyalty and repeat business Marketing & Community Engagement Collaborate on local marketing strategies and promotions Represent the restaurant at community events and build local partnerships Profile A successful General Manager should have: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry Strong understanding of restaurant operations, and team management abilities and strong leadership skills Strong financial management experience with high levels of analytical skills and execution Excellent communication in English and Cantonese Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment Job Offer A supportive and collaborative work environment.
