What you'll be doing o Work with the Marketing Manager in formulating and implementing strategic brand and product growth plans on company own brand Yutakana Seikatsu. o Contribute to new product and new brand development and enhancement initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards o Drive ATL and BTL campaign on assigned portfolio. o Develop and manage marketing budgets to optimize return on investment. o Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement o Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels o Provide strategic and creative input to strengthen brand positioning and ensure effective execution o Oversee trade promotions and sales activities to achieve business objectives o Analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and profitability metrics o Assist in business planning, forecasting, and other strategic or ad‑hoc initiatives What we're looking for o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related subjects o A minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing and brand management o Experience in the consumer goods industry, health sectors is highly preferred o Knowledge of market trends and consumer insights, with the ability to use data to inform brand strategy o Proven creative problem‑solving skills demonstrated in previous roles o Strong project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple innovation projects simultaneously o Demonstrated experience in driving new thinking or fostering change within a team or organization Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a product manager?
