Direct message the job poster from AMOREPACIFIC We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Retail and Product Marketing Manager to join us. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, product sell‑through, and customer engagement across retail channels. You will lead the development and execution of retail marketing strategies and product campaigns that resonate with our target audience and elevate the brand experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Product Marketing Achieve marketing KPI: Brand sales, Engine product and core product sales contribution. Establish hero product and drive new recruitment and captivate existing customers through product launch, promotions, store and trade events. Monitor campaign ROI, review and evaluate campaign performance and produce weekly sales report to share with team and HQ with recommendations. Lead go‑to‑market strategies for new product launches, including messaging hierarchy, positioning, and promotional plans. Liaise with HQ on new product development and ordering of new product to ensure our requests and needs are met. Work closely external and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels and functions. Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and differentiation. Retail Marketing Develop and execute retail marketing plans to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in‑store activations. Collaborate with sales and retail partners to optimize merchandising, POS materials, and promotional strategies. Monitor and analyze retail performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Manage relationships with key retail stakeholders and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Support in new store opening including store layout, VM display, communication flow, promotion mechanics and marketing collaterals development. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 7 years experience in retail and product marketing, preferably in beauty or consumer goods. Proven track record in achieving marketing KPIs and driving product sales. Strong skills in campaign planning, execution, and ROI analysis. Experience developing go‑to‑market strategies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Ability to manage retail marketing plans, merchandising, POS materials, and in‑store activations. Experience supporting new store openings with layout, VM displays, and marketing collateral development. Data‑driven mindset with ability to monitor retail performance and provide actionable insights.
