Proactively engage with existing clients to discuss renewal of service agreements and ensure smooth contract continuation Assist clients with scheduling deliveries and daily operational support Handle customer inquiries & complaints promptly via Phone, Email, and WhatsApp using the CRM system Identify and resolve customer issues, providing suitable solutions that increase customer satisfaction and renewal likelihood Collaborate with internal teams to address service gaps and provide feedback on customer needs Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, renewals, and transactions Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships to prevent churn and drive retention Stay up to date with product features, industry trends, and customer service best practices Support any ad hoc projects assigned What are we looking for? Minimum 3+ years of experience in customer service, account servicing, or client success (experience with renewals is a strong advantage) Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle renewal conversations with confidence Strong problem‑solving mindset, able to turn challenges into opportunities for client retention Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently Detail‑oriented and organized, with strong follow‑up discipline Experience with CRM systems and multi‑channel communication (Phone, Email, WhatsApp) preferred Passionate about customer retention, upselling, and long‑term relationship building Candidates with more experience would be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive Be part of us, you will enjoy: 5‑day work week on shift Medical insurance Birthday leave Marriage leave Flexible and friendly working environment Uncapped commission Monthly incentive structure is very achievable Work location Approximately 5‑8 minutes' walk from Kwai Hing MTR station.
