Collaborate effectively with Product Offices by leveraging their expertise to optimise balance sheets and enhance customer satisfaction through tailored solutions. Drive cross‑selling initiatives across transaction banking, offshore and domestic services, foreign exchange, derivatives, and other relevant products to maximise the benefits of integrated offerings. Monitor customer performance and credit status regularly, taking prompt action when necessary to maintain asset quality and mitigate risk. Ensure all departmental actions, including regional key performance indicators, are completed accurately within stipulated turnaround times while maintaining high standards of standardisation. Uphold full compliance with prevailing regulations by demonstrating ethical behaviour and adhering strictly to internal controls as part of the first line of defence. Complete additional assignments as directed by senior colleagues or management, contributing positively to team objectives.
