Our client Dah Sing Financial Group is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team About Our Client Our client is a leading institution in the banking and financial services sector, committed to excellence and innovation. They offer a comprehensive range of banking products and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of their clients. What you'll be doing? Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and surpass sales targets assigned to you, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. Understand Customer Needs: Work to understand customers' financial needs for selling and cross-selling banking products effectively. Acquire New Customers: Proactively acquire new VIP Banking customers through targeted sales efforts. Grow Existing Portfolio: Deepen customer relationships to grow your existing portfolio and increase share of wallet. Provide Professional Service: Deliver professional service in selling wealth management products, adhering to sales process guidelines. Maintain Customer Contacts: Provide excellent service quality to VIP Banking customers and maintain disciplined customer contacts. Collaborate with Specialists: Work with product specialists to provide comprehensive services to VIP Banking customers. Ensure Compliance: Conduct operational procedures in a compliant manner by following the Bank's policy and procedures. Who are they looking for? Degree Holder: A degree holder with a passion for wealth management and customer service. Experience Required: Minimum 2 years' experience in selling wealth management products for high net worth customers. Professional Licensing: Professional licensing qualifications per local regulatory bodies requirement. Products Knowledge: Comprehensive products knowledge on portfolio management and financial markets. Compliance Knowledge: Sound compliance knowledge related to investment products sales. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Language Proficiency: Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues. Enhanced Competency: Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Retail Wealth Management (RWM) qualification is preferable. Why should you consider this opportunity?
