Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst Title: CRM Business Analyst (Salesforce Certified Administrator) Industry: Luxury Retail Location: Hong Kong Employment Type: Full time role, 12 month rolling contract (renewable) Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled CRM, Salesforce Certified Administrator Business Analyst to join our team in the luxury retail industry. The ideal candidate will act as both a Business Analyst, leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic CRM and digital initiatives. This role is crucial for enabling seamless omnichannel customer experiences and operational efficiency at global, regional, and local levels. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams. Work closely with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences. Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan. Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation. Qualifications Must-Have Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce Nice to Have Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified SAFe 6 Product Owner/Product Manager Bachelor of Business Management (Business Information Systems, Marketing) Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
