Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of various retail outlets through regular store visits, ensuring strict consistency in process and procedures, complying with company’s policies and protocol, and improving stores’ sales performance Ensure store teams maintain effective merchandising and visual standards Analyze and identify market trends for growth Preparation of reports to submit to management and relevant stakeholders Support the recruitment, training, and development of store management teams and staff reports Promote a positive work environment and foster teamwork and collaboration among store teams Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals and KPIs Communicate timely feedback of market information, operations and sales issues to the management Perform ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned Requirements Diploma and above Multiple stores management experience preferably in retail jewelry industry / luxury brands Presentable, pleasant and outgoing Strong leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
