Responsibilities Manage a designated branch assigned by Management and assist the Area Manager in managing a cluster by motivating all branch staff to achieve pre‑defined financial and non‑financial objectives Define strategic objectives and develop district sales and distribution plans for prioritised segments, products and channels to achieve sustainable business results Instil customer‑centric sales culture by providing training, motivation, performance‑based compensation and sales management tools across the branch network Increase sales capacity of the branch network through continuous improvement in staff productivity, branch process re‑engineering, centralisation and sales lead management Supervise day‑to‑day sales and operation activities and ensure all branch staff are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines Ensure all branch staff strictly adhere to all internal policies and procedures, including licensing, fit‑and‑properness, anti‑money laundering policy, know‑your‑customer principles, other sales, operation, internal and fraud‑control processes Requirements University graduate in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related discipline At least 5 years of relevant experience in branch management in Personal Banking Possess recognised insurance and securities licences Relevant Enhanced Competency Framework on Retail Wealth Management (ECF‑RWM) qualification is preferable Good people management, interpersonal and communication skills with sound PC knowledge Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese We offer competitive remuneration package and promising career opportunities to the successful candidates.
