You must possess comprehensive mastery from macro strategy to micro-operations, leading the Group's financial strategy, capital operations, business management, and risk control systems. You will provide core support for the Group's sustained growth, international expansion, and long‑term value maximization. Core Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Corporate Governance: Interpret relevant policies and regulations, assisting the company in formulating corresponding development strategies. Deeply participate in the Group's top-level strategic design and decision-making, spearheading the decoding and execution of strategic goals. Oversee overall enterprise operations and financial management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and the achievement of business objectives. Capital Operations & Value Creation: Lead the Group's comprehensive capital strategy, including but not limited to IPO, M&A, private equity financing, and post‑IPO market capitalization management. Possess hands‑on experience in successfully leading a company from inception (0 to 1) through a successful listing (HK/US markets) and can effectively maintain investor relations, enhancing the company's brand and credibility in the capital markets. Manage domestic and overseas investment and financing projects, designing and implementing innovative financing instruments to ensure a robust and efficient capital chain. Comprehensive Finance & Operational Management: Build a world‑class financial management and control system, responsible for treasury management, tax planning, budgeting, and financial analysis. Drive business departments to enhance efficiency and reduce costs through meticulous operational management, achieving significant financial benefits. Lead and integrate core middle and back‑office departments such as Finance and Transactions, optimizing processes and strengthening synergy. Risk Control & Compliance Assurance: Establish a comprehensive risk management framework, ensuring all business activities, especially cross‑border capital operations, comply with domestic and international laws, regulations, and supervisory requirements. Lead communications with external auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring the Group's compliant operations. Qualifications Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Must hold multiple top‑tier international accounting/finance qualifications such as: HKICPA, FCMA/CGMA, FIPA, etc. MBA or further education from a globally top‑tier institution is preferred. Work Experience: 15+ years of financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role such as CFO, Deputy CFO, or equivalent at a renowned Internet/FinTech/Technology company. Deep understanding of the Mainland China business ecosystem and government‑enterprise collaboration models; requires experience participating in government projects. Must possess complete, end‑to‑end experience leading a company‑side IPO project, having managed the entire process of a successful listing on the HK or US stock exchange (including, but not limited to, financial compliance, internal control system setup, IPO audit, prospectus preparation, roadshows). Must have experience building a financial analysis team from the ground up (0 to 1), including designing and implementing corporate financial analysis models. Possess project experience in corporate acquisitions or mergers, having led due diligence, prepared investment analysis reports, supported investment committee decisions, and managed post‑investment integration. Demonstrated ability to independently secure financing, with a track record of successfully raising capital for early‑stage startups. Has experience leading projects for the integration of business systems and financial systems. Background in a multinational accounting firm handling HK or US IPO projects; proficient in IFRS and relevant listing rules. Prior entrepreneurial experience is highly preferred. Strong Resource Integration Skills: Possess an extensive and high‑quality network within the investment community, financial institutions, intermediaries, and regulatory bodies. Mandatory: Must have experience in successfully managing cross‑border business operations (especially government collaboration projects) and/or comprehensive management experience within an Internet FinTech platform.
