FP&A Manager | Business Partnering | MNC | 70k This senior role combines strong finance business partnering and leadership responsibilities, overseeing the FP&A function in the region and acting as the trusted financial advisor to senior management. Key Responsibilities Lead the FP&A team in Hong Kong, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the regional business. Act as the primary finance business partner to senior leaders and department heads, providing insightful analysis and financial recommendations that influence strategic decisions. Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, including variance analysis and scenario planning. Develop complex financial models to support business cases, investment decisions, and growth strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment between financial goals and business objectives. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements within the FP&A scope. Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance culture and building leadership capabilities. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a professional finance qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA) is highly preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in finance roles within multinational companies, with at least 3 years in a leadership position managing FP&A functions. Strong leadership and team management skills, adept at motivating and developing finance professionals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
