Accounting / Finance Manager (Frequent Travel) The South East Asia Market & USA’s growth unlocks a cascade of new opportunities What you'll be doing Supervise the daily operations in South East Asia Market, which includes but is not limited to compliance matters, warehouse management, tax-related issues, etc. Manage daily financial functions such as cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and salary payments, among others. Create and enforce internal controls and accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and evaluate financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations. Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing activities. Develop cash flow forecasts and track funding needs for the South East Asia operation. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, offering guidance and support. Collaborate with external auditors and oversee audit processes. Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Undertake ad hoc assignments as necessary. Frequent travel to South East Asia is required. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. At least 8 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in the manufacturing sector is essential. Cost accounting experience and familiarity with South East Asia is a plus. Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and taxation. Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems implementation. Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Accounting Manager.
