Account Management: Handle password resets, account lockouts, and basic access requests. Device Setup: Assist with workstation, printer, and peripheral installations. Documentation: Log incidents, track resolutions, and escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams. Customer Service: Provide clear communication and ensure users feel supported. Requirements Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred. Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and common enterprise applications. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Service‑oriented mindset with patience and professionalism. Good command in both English and Chinese.
