Senior Service Sales Engineer, BMS/HVAC

You will join the BMS/HVAC service sales team in Hong Kong & Macau. You will monitor and supervise sales activities and help to achieve yearly sales target, ensure the design specification of BMS/HVAC are within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients. How You Will Do It Support the team to work with clients, consultants and contractors to get the Service contracts for BMS/HVAC market in Hong Kong and Macau Develop BMS/HVAC base and energy improvement solution to support client and consultant on building systems Achieve annual sales target in accordance with Company’s objectives and direction, evaluate tender estimates on secured contracts so as to employ the most cost-effective means to fulfill contractual obligations. Liaise with Company’s sales personnel to ensure minimum lead time for contract execution and material ordering Supervise Service sales team and be responsible of overall planning on sales activities, tendering and negotiation process, marketing, and promotional functions Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customers and meet the Company’s goal and achieve satisfactory levels of productivity, efficiency, and effective results Liaise with customers and attend meetings with customers or customers’ representatives, follow up proactively on any customers’ requirement Ensure customer satisfaction with the completed contracts, maintain a positive, supportive and hospitable attitude so as to develop and influence customers to maintain a long-term service relationship Required Degree holder or equivalent Minimum 8 years' experience in Sales Minimum 2- years’ BMS/HVAC related sales experience Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skill at all levels Independent, resourceful, strategic-thinking and able to work under pressure Candidate with more experience could be considered as Assistant Service Sales Manager Preferred Possess Mechanic / Building Services / Electrical Engineering related academic background Experienced in BMS/HVAC service sales and execution Familiar with Salesforce.com Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Johnson Controls by 2x Kwun Tong District, Hong Kong SAR 1 month ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
