Senior Sales Engineer (BMS, Security, HVAC or Fire) Join to apply for the Senior Sales Engineer (BMS, Security, HVAC or Fire) role at Johnson Controls . Overview You will join the Building Services (BMS, Security, HVAC or Fire) sales team in Hong Kong. You will monitor and supervise sales activities and help to achieve yearly sales targets, ensure the design specification of Fire Retrofit is within project scope and comply with the requirements of local authorities and clients. What You Will Do Support the team to work with clients, consultants and contractors to secure Retrofit, Fitting out or Installation Service contracts for Building Services (BMS, Security, HVAC or Fire) market in Hong Kong Develop Building Services base and energy improvement solutions to support clients and consultants on building systems Achieve annual sales targets in line with Company objectives; evaluate tender estimates on secured contracts to employ cost-effective means to fulfill contractual obligations Liaise with Company sales personnel to ensure minimum lead time for contract execution and material ordering Supervise Retrofit sales team and be responsible for overall planning of sales activities, tendering and negotiation processes, marketing and promotional functions Ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customers and meet the Company goals for productivity, efficiency and effective results Direct and lead Retrofit sales teams on design work, tendering, and assist site supervision and project management of B.S. systems and other building services related systems, including after-sales services and troubleshooting Liaise with customers and attend meetings with customers or their representatives; follow up proactively on any customer requirements Ensure customer satisfaction with completed contracts and maintain a positive, supportive attitude to develop and influence long-term service relationships What We Look For Degree holder or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ building services engineering related sales experience Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Experience escorting customer trips to factory for product quality assurance tests Effective project execution skills including cash flow planning and project monitoring Strong selling, influencing and negotiation skills plus excellent interpersonal skills at all levels Independent, resourceful, strategic-thinking and able to work under pressure Candidate with more experience could be considered as Assistant Sales Manager Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Johnson Controls. #J-18808-Ljbffr
