TRAINEE: Business Management Office, Global Transaction Banking Asia Pacific Join Societe Generale as a trainee in the Global Transaction & Payment Services (GTPS) Business Management Office (BMO) in Asia Pacific. This full‑time 24‑month contract will provide extensive training in transaction banking, IT, operations, and risk management. Department Description GTPS supports domestic and international financial companies with banking and payment services across 50+ countries. In Asia Pacific, GTPS offers banking services and products in five locations and aligns operational and IT set‑up with business priorities. Responsibilities Oversee project management, strategy deployment, data and risk monitoring, compliance, audit support, stakeholder communication, and internal training. Detailed responsibilities include: Manage GTPS projects and initiatives in Asia Pacific; deploy new GTPS APAC strategy; represent GTPS Asia in transversal projects. Produce data management dashboards for activity monitoring. Assist with Operational Risk topics (Annual Risk Assessment, Controls mapping) and produce risk committee decks. Support compliance, fraud, KYC topics and audit/risk recommendations implementation. Prepare quarterly staff meetings, presentations, and internal training sessions. Qualifications Required profile: Graduate with a bachelor/master’s degree from Business/Engineering School. Experience in process/business analysis or project management (preferred). Strong analytical, data management, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
