Human Resources Trainee/Assistant, Global Bank Regional HR Support & Expansion Headcount International Bank with Good Learning Opportunity Our Client Representing the most previous Global Bank with over 500 employees is in search for is in search for HR Trainee/Analyst to cater for the expansion and digitalization of the North Asia Branch. Job Duties Provide regional HR support by assisting a professional team of 10 Accountable for facilitating D&I and wellness programs Assist in preparing HRIS/dashboard reports to support staff planning & C&B review Act as the coordinator to drive automation and digitalization projects Prepare employee communication newsletters and coordinate staff events HR Administration: Support the full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations services, including prepare documentations/employment contract, reference checks, offer extension, on-boarding logistics etc Payroll Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including leave administration and payroll calculation etc Support/Prepare reports and documentations related to tax filing, MPF contributions etc Nurturing Int’l Culture & Promising Career Report to Regional Head of HR Tasked with the mission to support APAC expansion across front to back office by collaborating with HRBP & line of businesses Accountable for accessing/independently interviewing experienced candidates (analyst to VP levels); managing end to end interview process and logistics Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees Contribute to bi-annual performance management review that required consolidation of management reports and coordination with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters to cater for the business objectives Accountable for managing regional HR operations by working closely with payroll vendors, insurance providers, local and COE HR specialists in headquarters Responsible for benefits, pension, annual leave administration and on/off boarding coordination that called for extensive liaison with internal staffing and talent acquisition professionals Resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & corporate governance Active participation of regional projects from change management, streamlining process in alignment of regional/global initiatives Excellent Job Security & Good Working Hours Payroll and C&B Operations In charge of payroll (including OT & shift allowances), pension and taxation for over 250 employees Oversight benefits administration and attendance records Ensure the fulfilment of HK Labour ordinance and corporate governance Recruitment & HR Generalist for North Asia Hub International Bank with 500+ employees in APAC Excellent Job Security & All Rounded HRBP Expo Accountable for end to end talent acquisition by working directly with hiring managers from FTB offices from understanding the requirements; interviewing candidates to providing recommendation to cater for business requirements; on-boarding to background screening Facilitate HRBP function that calls for collaboration with senior leaders and business management to address HR challenges including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement to compensation review Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. 2 years+/- of relevant HR generalist experience Good organizational skill and with a keen eye for detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint Knowledge of Power BI is a definite advantage Proactive team player, adaptive to working in a multicultural and fast-paced working environment.
