We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager for a leading manufacturer and distributor with operations across HK, China and SE Asia. This position covers the full spectrum of HR functions, including policy development, strategic projects, and team leadership in line with company values. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's vision and values. Ensure consistent HR operational procedures across recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training at the corporate level. Leverage HR data analytics for strategic decision‑making and process optimization. Oversee HRIS and related software, streamlining data management, reporting, and operational tasks. Lead and support local HR teams, supervising all HR activities across the business. Support broad talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance appraisals, and staff development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or a relevant field. Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a high priority on data accuracy and cross‑checking. Strong skills in data analysis and a keen interest or demonstrated experience in AI‑driven HR solutions. Ambitious, adaptive, and socially effective, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Willingness to travel frequently for business; prior regional experience is an advantage. Background in the manufacturing industry preferred but not required. Experience in using dashboard reporting is a plus. Organizational Development project experience is a strong advantage. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Immediate availability is highly desirable. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Human Resources Manager title. #J-18808-Ljbffr
