Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets across 3 key sales channels Manage and mentor a talented sales team, providing coaching, training and guidance to maximise their performance Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities, working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences Analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision making and identify areas for improvement P&L responsible about sales forecast and productivity management experience Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies What we're looking for Degree holder in marketing, business or related disciplines At least 10 years relevant experience with proven track record in sales leadership roles, preferably within telecommunication and consumer electronics industry Extensive experience managing and developing high-performing sales team Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform decision making Able to work under pressure and strong leadership Excellent communication, proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin preferred What we offer At Amix Global Limited, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
