Coordinate Data Management team members on technical, data, ETL, and Business Intelligence architects in communication with IT and regional Business stakeholders. Responsibilities Design conceptual and logical models for data warehouse and data mart in coordination with IT and Business stakeholders Lead communication with Business stakeholders and IT on understanding Data Management requirements and drive integration of requirements with Data Management structure Communicate physical database design and logical models to relevant IT business partners Effective coordination and communication of project timelines and work commitment updates to all stakeholders, including internal Strategic Analysis colleagues Coordinate with various business and technical groups whose support is needed to build or deploy data warehouses Work closely with data Analysts / Modelers to define appropriate logical models that accurately reflect existing business processes Work closely with data Analysts / Modelers and ETL specialists to uncover the appropriate sources of data for a proposed application or data warehousing extension Assume ownership of one or more data elements and is the central contact point in the organization for information about origins and revisions to those data elements Requirements Prior experience in building data warehouses Experience of data modelling, database administration, operating platforms, metadat a management and performance tuning Strong business acumen, leadership and team motivation Effective time and project management Independent learner with capacity for original thoughts Sufficient in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite Skills in SQL, ETL, OLAP, SAS Effective communication and presentation skills Strong technical and management skills Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Software Engineering, or Computer Science Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Analyst, Strategy/Planning, and Information Technology Industries Hospitality, Gambling Facilities and Casinos, and Hotels and Motels Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Sands China by 2x Get notified about new Manager Data Management jobs in Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR .
