Plan and implement the regional marketing strategies and activities to deliver high performance marketing initiatives and outcomes Work directly with the Brand Director and Group CEO to develop effective marketing campaigns and strategies Align marketing activities of all regions including China, US and APAC. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers, media and digital agencies Engage and collaborate with teams across other functions and regions, ensuring all work is outstandingly creative and meets the brand objectives Skills & Qualifications 8-10+ years of relevant experience in developing creative and innovativemarketing strategies that heavily leverage offline and online channels in facilitating effective brand marketing programs within fashion retail industry Experience working with other regions counterpart would be an advantage Experience working with marketing agencies and consultants would be an advantage Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or similar field Strong project management skills and proven experience in managing brand programs Self-motivated, enthusiastic, well organized, able to prioritize and handle deadline-oriented projects Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese Less experienced will be considered for Marketing Manager position.
