Senior Project Manager

Accountable for projects planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure projects are managed within the framework of achieving a company's goals and achieving the vision. Liaise among various departments to seek the best possible solution to speed up the project implementation. Manage the project deliverables according to business requirements, enforce of project deadlines and schedules with good quality. Develop detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of projects. Setup project team along with business and in the direction of department head, coordinate with internal and external parties for the execution of projects. Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks, report and escalate to upper management as and when needed. Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation. Provide guidance and coaching to junior teammates. Provide guidance and coaching to junior teammates. Job Requirements6+ years in IT experience especially in banking/finance industry. Experience of working in Agile environment with large, complex projects. Ability to build strong relationship with stakeholders with good understanding of business objectives and able to drive projects deliveries in line with business objectives. Good problem solving, decision-making, communication and interpersonal skills. Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
