We are looking for qualified candidate(s) to join our team. Job Responsibilities Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, and technical training of the tower crane remote operation system; Provide on-site technical support, follow up with customers, monitor testing progress, and promptly respond to customer inquiries; Collaborate with the R&D team to track project and product issue resolution progress; Compile technical documents, operation manuals, and troubleshooting guides; Assist customers with system maintenance and upgrades to ensure smooth project progress; Adapt to a high-intensity work pace and be able to accept long-term business trips and on-site working environments. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Basic knowledge of hardware and software, familiar with Linux command-line operation and electronic hardware design, multimeter, and oscilloscope operation, soldering, and plug-in application usage. Understanding of waterproofing, heat dissipation, mold design, and other structural aspects is required. Prior R&D experience is preferred, especially in robotics R&D, testing, or FAE roles; Experience in wireless networking is preferred. Familiarity with mainstream bridge devices and proficiency in wireless testing tools (such as Wireshark, spectrum analyzers, and drive testing software) is a plus; Understanding of the working principles of industrial control products and commonly used electrical components in automation, such as PLCs and machine vision; Strong logical thinking ability, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to think systematically and solve on-site problems; Fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate fluently with Hong Kong clients. Good English skills are a plus; Proactive, with a strong customer service attitude, teamwork spirit, and a high sense of responsibility. We offer competitive packages.
