We are currently seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Trade Surveillance Manager to join the Compliance Trade Surveillance team and help safeguard market integrity through vigilant monitoring and analysis. Your new role Conduct daily trade surveillance across multiple asset classes to detect potential market abuse, insider trading, or other irregularities. Investigate alerts generated by surveillance systems and escalation findings as appropriate. Assist in enhancing surveillance models and tuning parameters to improve detection accuracy. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Front Office, Legal, and Risk to ensure timely resolution of issues. Support regulatory enquiries and audits by preparing relevant documentation and analysis. Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices in trade surveillance and compliance. Contribute to ad‑hoc compliance projects and initiatives as assigned. What you’ll need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related discipline. Requirement of 7‑8+ years of experience in trade surveillance/compliance within banking, financial services, or FinTech. Familiarity with surveillance tools (SMARTS system ) is a must. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
