About the Role As a Customer Development Executive based in Hong Kong, China, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with local Key Account (KA) clients, ensuring effective communication and seamless order execution. Responsibilities Liaise and collaborate with local KA clients in Hong Kong, handling daily communications and nurturing long-term, positive client relationships. Oversee end-to-end order execution, including product listing, scheduling coordination, and promotion activity management. Manage import/export processes for fresh produce, prepare customs clearance documents, and ensure compliance with product labeling and shelf display standards. Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to guarantee on-time, high-quality order fulfillment. Address client feedback and support internal process optimization to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in the fresh produce or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, and familiarity with local KA client collaboration processes in Hong Kong is highly advantageous. Excellent communication, execution, and teamwork abilities. Meticulous, responsible, and capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Hong Kong permanent residents or holders of valid legal residency status in Hong Kong are preferred. Fluent in both English and Mandarin to facilitate smooth communication between Chinese and local teams. Required Skills Proven execution capability and teamwork spirit Detail-oriented and highly responsible Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Preferred Skills Experience in fresh produce or FMCG sector Familiarity with local KA clients in Hong Kong Pay range and compensation package Salary range and detailed compensation package will be discussed during the interview process.
