Collaborate: Work with the Director and Marketing team to identify clients, pitch solutions, and close deals. Market Research: Conduct research to understand trends and tailor sales approaches, preparing marketing materials. Strengthen Market Share: Expand network partnerships to boost B2B and B2C market share. Sales and Marketing: Formulate strategies, promotional plans, and campaigns to achieve objectives. Training Oversight: Identify trainers, oversee content development, and facilitate high-quality sessions. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government bodies and agencies to support industry standing. Drive Growth: Support sales teams in driving sales through proposal creation and PR activities. Who are they looking for? Experience: At least 1 year in training, solution design, and marketing events, preferably in the financial industry. Skills: Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and instructional design, with project management skills. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
