Sales and Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, fostering relationships with customers, and managing the sales process to achieve targets. This role will work closely with director, engaging in effective communication with stakeholders, and crafting and executing marketing strategies to promote Printstop’s innovative services. What you'll be doing Business Development – you will be looking for franchising partners to expand our kiosk footprint; you will also manage our software business and sell printing management systems and kiosk products. Build client pipeline to streamline daily business portfolio; conduct calls to reach out potential business partners. Manage our social media platforms and advertising campaign to promote our brand and services. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the team to carry out various business projects. What we are looking for Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to foster lasting client relationships Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, meet targets, and contribute to overall growth Experience in Training and mentoring team members to elevate performance Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both office and remote requirements Proven track record in sales and marketing roles within the tech or service industry is a plus Knowledge of cloud technologies and kiosk-based solutions is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field What we offer At PRINTSTOP LIMITED, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
