Assistant Manager, Training & Technical Consultancy Business Act as the primary contact for training requests from affiliate offices. Oversee daily training operations, including preparation of course materials, coordination with trainers and participants, billing and payment follow-up, course evaluation and issuance of receipts, and management of the eLearning platform. Support internal and external audit processes (e.g., IRCA, CEF, HKCAAVQ). Handle payment settlements between suppliers and clients. Prepare reports on training activities and related financial status. Collaborate closely with the supervisor to achieve annual targets such as sales and revenue goals, new program development, and strategic training and operational initiatives. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate Degree or above with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in training or administration. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient in Chinese word processing and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
