Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Provide technical and managerial leadership for design across major healthcare and institutional projects. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive design strategies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate design and delivery risks to maintain project timelines and quality standards. Quality Assurance: Oversee design reviews and ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Schedule / Design Management: Coordinate design stages from concept through detailed design and construction support. Innovation & Sustainability: Drive energy‑efficient and sustainable design solutions aligned with global standards. Team Development: Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines (Master’s degree preferred). 12+ years of professional experience in building services design. (Candidate with BIM design experience is an advantage) Proven track record in healthcare, hospital, or large institutional projects in Hong Kong or Mainland China. Strong knowledge of local codes, compliance requirements, and international standards. Experience in managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Professional qualifications such as CEng, HKIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
