The Opportunity With our strategic expansion into larger-sized merchants and complex industrial verticals, our client onboarding process has evolved. We are now dealing with highly customized features, intricate configurations, and sophisticated solution integrations. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between the sales promise and the live, successful implementation of our solutions. The (Senior) Client Project Manager will be the central figure responsible for taking over signed clients from our Solution Consultants and Sales teams, and leading the end-to-end project management to ensure a seamless, efficient, and successful go-live. This is not just a delivery role; it is a foundational position where you will leverage your expertise to build and standardize our client project delivery function from the ground up, setting the benchmark for excellence as we scale. Key Responsibilities 1.End-to-End Project Management: Own the end-to-end implementation project plan for assigned merchant clients, from kick-off to successful handover to the support/account management team. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions. 2.Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building strong, trusted-advisor relationships. Lead regular project status meetings and executive steering committees, providing clear and concise communication to both client stakeholders and internal KPay leadership. Collaborate closely with internal teams including Solution Consultants, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align resources and ensure project success. 3. Solution Delivery and Customization: Translate complex client requirements (gathered by Solution Consultants) into actionable implementation tasks for technical teams. Oversee the configuration of the KPay platform and the integration with client systems (e.g., POS, ERP, accounting software) to meet specific business needs. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure client sign-off on all delivered solutions. 4. Function Building and Process Improvement: Play a key role in defining, documenting, and standardizing the client project delivery lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices for KPay. Develop and maintain a repository of project templates, tools, and documentation to enhance efficiency and consistency. Contribute to the development of KPIs and metrics to measure project success, team performance, and client satisfaction. Mentor and train future team members as the Client Project Management function grows. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in client-facing project management, specifically managing the implementation of software, SaaS, or technology solutions. Mandatory experience in the payment industry, fintech, ERP or POS, with a strong understanding of payment ecosystems, POS systems, and related technologies. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects with numerous stakeholders, preferably for enterprise-level or chain-store clients. Solid technical background with an understanding of APIs, system integrations, and software development lifecycles. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority. PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certification is a strong plus.
