Assistant/ Team Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with HQ digital team to achieve brand goals and business objectives. Identify growth opportunities across digital channels including e-commerce, social media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and influencer marketing. E-commerce Management Oversee the brand’s e-commerce platforms (own site and marketplaces), ensuring optimal user experience, conversion rates, and sales performance. Collaborate with product, sales and logistic teams to ensure seamless online operations. Performance Marketing Plan and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and ROI. Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to management. Social Media & Content Lead the content strategy for social platforms (IG, FB etc.), ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Brand Communications Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to strengthen brand awareness and reputation. Craft compelling brand narratives and messaging across all channels (PR, digital, retail, packaging, etc.). Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand identity across all touchpoints. Manage press releases, media kits, and PR campaigns to cultivate KOLs and KOCs and create WOM. Team & Agency Management Manage and mentor a small digital team and coordinate with external partners/agencies. REQUIREMENTS Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines 7 years of marketing / Ecommerce experience; the candidate has 2 years of managing experience are more preferred Good understanding of and hands-on experience with Tableau and Magento is preferred, ability to balance between data needs and business requirement for actions. Proven analytical and influencing skills, with ability to articulate objectives, strategies and tactics to achieve result Consumer-centric mindset, ability to turn data into actionable insights Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required Proactive, well organized, positive, energetic and team-oriented We offer opportunities for development in addition to a competitive remuneration and benefit package to the right candidate.
