Serve as the first point of contact. Manage customer inquiries and requests efficiently across all touchpoints, primarily on Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other potential platforms. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, converting them into successful transactions using strong telesales and interpersonal techniques. Support digital sales operations by processing orders, providing after-sales support, and troubleshooting any technical issues to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. Go beyond answering questions by offering thoughtful consultations. Recommend ideal treatments tailored to each customer's unique needs. Proactively resolve issues with a positive and flexible approach, always aiming to turn every customer interaction into a memorable experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Frontline, etc.) to achieve customer service excellence in alignment with company standards. Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet operational requirements. Requirements Diploma holder or above. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service, with solid telesales experience. Experience in the field of cosmetics, beauty, or healthcare is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua. Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese processing. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior TelemarketingExecutive position.
