Job Responsibilities (English) Responsible for the design and management of structured bills and structured bills of OCT products, including actively managed bills (AMC, amn), leveraged packaged bills similar to Nomura Securities (such as Lani note). Participate in the construction of overseas fund product structure, have clear logical thinking ability, and have a deep understanding of financial markets and financial products. Design and optimize cross-border channels for domestic and foreign funds, and be familiar with cross-border investment channels such as QD, qflp and qdlp and relevant policies and regulations. Visit and due diligence to introduce external high-quality structured products, including snowball, FCN, AMC, ABS, CLI and other financial products, improve the company's product line, enrich product types and enhance product competitiveness. Organize and implement the online promotion of financial products, and promote product market performance and customer acceptance. Job Responsibilities (Chinese) 负责结构化票据及OCT产品结构化票据的设计与管理，包括主动管理型票据（AMC、AMN）等，类似野村证券的杠杆打包票据（如Lani Note）。 参与境外基金产品架构的搭建，具备清晰的逻辑思维能力，对金融市场及金融产品有深入理解。 设计并优化境内外资金跨境通道，熟悉QD、QFLP、QDLP等跨境投资渠道及相关政策法规。 拜访并尽职调查引入外部优质结构化产品，包括雪球、FCN、AMC、ABS、CLI及其他理财产品，完善公司产品线、丰富产品类型、提升产品竞争力。 组织实施金融产品的上线推广工作，推动产品市场表现和客户接受度。 Job Requirements (English) Bachelor degree or above, major in economics, finance, investment or law, CFA or CPA qualification is preferred. More than 3 years of product design experience in banks, funds, trusts, securities or private equity and other financial institutions, with strong financial product design and innovation capabilities, working experience in Hong Kong is preferred. Proficient in the design and operation mechanism of structured financial products, understand the trend of mainstream products in the market, and have good communication and negotiation skills. Have a strong sense of teamwork, excellent written expression and oral communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, honest and trustworthy, proactive work. Job Requirements (Chinese) 本科以上学历，主修经济、金融、投资或法律等相关专业，持有CFA或CPA资格者优先。 具备3年以上银行、基金、信托、证券或私募等金融机构的产品设计经验，具有较强的金融产品设计与创新能力，有香港地区工作经验者优先。 精通结构化金融产品的设计与运作机制，了解市场主流产品趋势，具备良好的沟通与谈判技巧。 具备较强团队协作意识，书面表达与口头沟通能力优秀，责任心强，诚实守信，工作积极主动。 #J-18808-Ljbffr
