Manager, Business Regulatory Governance (Private Wealth Management) Develop, Implement and Review the working instructions, key control flows, processes for PWM Business. Provide real-time compliance advisory to PWM Front Office business operations on trading, investment and client interactions. Perform surveillance and monitoring for trades and transactions, including equity surveillance, OTC Suitability post‑trade surveillance, etc. Manage interaction with regulators for queries, survey, questionnaire and inspections. Monitor regulatory changes and deliver compliance training to PWM Front Office on new regulations and firm standards. Review marketing materials that are used to pitch PWM products and services to clients. Coordinate with Group Control Functions to manage various regulatory projects spanning multiple business lines and stakeholders. Job Specification Degree or above with major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines At least 3 years’ relevant compliance experiences in financial institutions with solid knowledge and understanding of SFC/HKEX regulations and requirements. Self‑initiated, analytical‑minded and able to handle multi‑tasks under tight schedule. Good collaborative teamwork spirit. Good communication and presentation skills with excellent command of Chinese and English (both spoken and written), including proficiency in Mandarin.
