IT Governance Officer (Banking, Regulatory Compliance) Client Description Company Description: A leading financial services group headquartered in Hong Kong.Provides retail and corporate banking, wealth management, and investment services.Operates an extensive branch network across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets.Location: Kwun TongNature: Renewable Contract (1 year) Job Description Support the Information Technology Department as part of the governance and operations team Manage data processing and documentation Maintain software inventory with accurate and up-to-date records Prepare regular reports for management Create dashboards for internal stakeholders Maintain daily IT processes to ensure compliance with internal procedures Assist in developing governance frameworks and policies Draft and update governance documents and presentation materials Coordinate with internal stakeholders on project matters Provide administrative and operational support as directed by supervisors Ensure IT operations align with regulatory requirements and internal standards Contribute to continuous improvement of IT governance practices Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or related discipline Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration, IT asset management, application development and support, IT operations management, or technology risk and compliance management Strong experience in drafting and maintaining policies and procedures Proficiency in written and English and Chinese Fluency in English preferred Putonghua is an advantage Independent problem‑solving skills Ability to work proactively and self‑direct effectively Highly motivated and adaptable Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Familiarity with HKMA regulatory requirements (IC-1, TM-G-1, TM-G-2, SA-2, CG-3, CG-6) Knowledge of PDPO and PCI-DSS is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
