Job Responsibilities Develop plan for successful execution of global SSD strategy in local region and countries. Develop plan for business development through best practice sharing sessions, innovation workshops and futuristic solutioning for key clients. Build business momentum and pipeline by: Engaging internal teams to cross‑sell cash solutions Sharing best practices from the industry and representing the Bank at conferences and events Hand‑holding clients through complex strategic transactions as one of their trusted partners Establishing solid relationships and third‑party partnerships such as consulting firms to facilitate franchise growth Develop market‑unique treasury solutions based on client needs. Deliver budget, through active management of: Revenue (existing and new revenue streams) Penetration of the product: number of clients using the products in the country Returns (i.e. product profitability) at a deal or client level Build deep and comprehensive knowledge of client industry sectors, their drivers, commercial processes, and how they compare with their peer group on debt, working capital, best practices in treasury and liquidity management, etc. Identify new business opportunities and revenue pools while articulating how the product capabilities can solve for client needs and requirements. Work closely with the relevant data teams to develop solutions for client needs based on data. Actively mitigate identified business pain points by evaluating pragmatic solutions that have wide applicability and potential for replication across countries/markets. Within the country, lead solution identification and brainstorming sessions with client‑facing teams (TB Sales, GB RMs, CB RMs) to generate leads.
