Job Responsibilities Develop plan for successful execution of global SSD strategy in local region and countries. Develop plan for business development through best practice sharing sessions, innovation workshops and futuristic solutioning for key clients. Build business momentum and pipeline by engaging internal teams to cross-sell cash solutions, sharing best practices from the industry, representing the Bank at conferences and events, hand‑holding clients through complex strategic transactions as a trusted partner, establishing solid relationships and third‑party partnerships such as consulting firms to facilitate franchise growth. Develop market‑unique treasury solutions based on client needs. Deliver budget through active management of revenue (existing and new revenue streams), penetration of the product (number of clients using the products in country), and returns (product profitability) at a deal or client level. Build deep and comprehensive knowledge of client industry sectors, their drivers, commercial processes, and comparison with peer group on debt, working capital, best practices in treasury and liquidity management. Identify new business opportunities and revenue pools whilst articulating how the product capabilities can solve for client needs and requirements. Work closely with the relevant data teams to develop solutions for client needs based on data. Actively mitigate identified business pain points by evaluating pragmatic solutions that have wide applicability and potential for replication for the countries/markets. In the country, lead solution identification and brainstorming sessions with client facing teams (TB Sales, GB RMs, CB RMs) to generate leads. Skills and Experience Direct sales / structuring experience and proven ability to interact with senior external stakeholders (MNC clients). Experience working with corporate treasury, finance or digital teams is an added advantage. Knowledge of data analysis, disruptive innovation and business process design. Knowledge of industry and product line. Ability to deliver complex strategic transactions.
