Job DescriptionWe are presently seeking Workday Consultants for HCM in Hong Kong location.Location: Remote - Hong Kong.Job Type: Full-TimeAbout The Role 2-4 years of Workday HCM experience. Active Workday certification is a plus. Expertise in Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, Compensation, Advance Compensation & Benefits. Candidates must possess hands-on experience in at least two or more modules. Must have worked on one end-to-end implementation and support workday projects with hands-on experience in the deployment process. Collaborate with the Client’s Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions. Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result. Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization. Strong presentation, communication, listening, and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions. Staying up to date of the latest Workday releases and updates, best practices, and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to clients. Strong analytical skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Global HR operations. Demonstrated communication skills in a customer facing environment. Fluent in English and Chinese.
