Deep familiarity and significant experience with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) or the UK National Curriculum. A pioneering mindset with a resilient, flexible and positive “can‑do” attitude suited to a founding school. Experience in a bilingual or co‑teaching environment is highly preferred. Experience teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) is a significant advantage. An appreciation for and willingness to engage with Chinese language and culture.
