Essential Qualifications & Experience A recognized teaching degree (e.g., B.Ed., PGDE) and a valid teaching license. Must be a registered teacher with the Hong Kong Education Bureau (EDB) or be eligible for registration. A minimum of 12 years of primary school teaching experience. Native‑level English proficiency. Deep familiarity and significant experience with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) or the UK National Curriculum. A pioneering mindset with a resilient, flexible, and positive “can‑do” attitude suited to a founding school. Experience in a bilingual or co‑teaching environment is highly preferred. Experience teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) is a significant advantage. An appreciation for and willingness to engage with Chinese language and culture.
