About the Role As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of our fundraising initiatives, attracting a diverse clientele to our compliant virtual asset funds. Your mission is to empower traditional investors to explore crypto strategies while offering crypto wealth clients access to stable returns from traditional assets. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your expertise in traditional asset management with the dynamic world of virtual assets. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, cultivate, and convert new institutional and prospective clients, driving growth for our virtual asset investment funds. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Value Proposition Articulation: Understand our investment strategies, products, and services in-depth, effectively communicating our value proposition to clients. Collaboration: Work closely with portfolio management, trading, and operations teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery. Market Intelligence: Provide valuable insights, including market intelligence and client feedback, to inform product development and strategy. Representation: Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and client meetings, enhancing our visibility and credibility in the market. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in institutional or wholesale asset management company, with a preference for candidates with traditional asset management backgrounds. Extensive network and relationships within the institutional investor community. Understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the virtual asset industry. Proficient in financial modeling, investment analysis, and market research. Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
