Apply for the Credit Analyst, Medium Enterprises role at Standard Chartered. Job Summary As a Credit Analyst in SME Banking, you collaborate with frontline sales staff, manage accounts, and strive to maximize profits while minimizing bad debts. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with Credit approvers to prepare, edit, amend, and obtain approval of BCAs. Support the CA Team in preparing credit applications and reports. Assist in preparing BCAs for existing customers and new-to-bank cases, and produce control and follow‑up reports. Provide high‑quality credit assessments with clear justifications to credit units, ensuring a swift approval process. Maintain proactive, regular monitoring of credit quality within the portfolio in accordance with bank policies. Collaborate with credit and risk control units for timely responses. Ensure strict control over submission deadlines for all applications and reports. Follow up with RMs on financial statements to enable timely credit analysis. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields. Prior banking experience, preferably in credit or marketing. Strong analytical, reasoning, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated and able to excel in a team environment. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua). Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
