Working in a fast‑paced and close‑knit team environment, you will collaborate with other Executive Assistants across various internal teams to provide high‑level support to executives and team members. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring seamless calendar coordination, organising internal or external calls and meetings with offices across multiple time zones (including booking rooms, arranging catering and preparing meeting materials), managing extensive inboxes as needed, and coordinating complex domestic and international travel plans (including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation and client entertainment). In addition, you will support and arrange local staff events (such as end‑of‑year celebrations, all‑staff meetings and other office‑wide activities) as well as process purchase orders and invoices, and manage monthly expense claims.
