Position Summary The Executive Assistant will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Corporate Finance & Restructuring - Investment Banking / Capital Advisors team in Hong Kong. Tasks will include a variety of administrative needs, including diary and travel management, regional meetings coordination, expenses report preparation, data vendor management and event planning etc. The successful candidate will become part of the regional team and expect to work in a multinational environment. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a full, challenging and varied day with a strong team ethos and can‑do attitude. The role may require overtime as needed, sometimes at short notice. Key Responsibilities Provide overall administrative and operational support Calendar management, travel and meetings arrangement Maintain time keeping system and ensure the records accuracy Organise and support internal and external conferences and business activities Preparation and submission of expense claims and reimbursements Prepare vendor invoice payments, billing, and client invoicing Open new business matters and perform conflict checks in the applicable firm database Liaise with the support functions (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal, etc.) on internal processes Collate, summarise, and handle business and licence related matters work, involving regular reports, compliance administrative tasks, internal approvals memos, board minutes, etc. Assist in preparing business related presentation, documents and attend business/marketing events as needed Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned to ensure business‑as‑usual work are performed at optimal level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Administrative Industries Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
