About the Role In this role you will be responsible for marketing and sales of fixed‑income instruments from offshore to Korean institutional investors. You will deepen and widen existing relationships in collaboration with internal teams and introduce new client relationships. The role covers rates, credit flow and structured notes business. What will your day look like? Lead marketing and sales efforts of offshore fixed‑income products to Korean institutional clients. Support existing sales team to maximize team revenue. Provide daily quotes, market information, research papers and product information in a timely manner. Communicate with internal teams to share local market knowledge and develop new products in line with client interest/demand. Manage client account opening, onboarding, documentation and compliance processes to ensure regulatory adherence. What will you bring? Experience dealing with clients for rates and credit products. Strong relationship and deal execution experience with FI customers in Korea (central bank, public funds, insurers required). Understanding of relevant financial markets and products. Generate and pitch trade ideas to initiate business opportunities. Knowledge of Korean local regulations/guidelines. Fluent in English & Korean; able to read/write both.
