HR Manager, HRBP (Banking, up to 50K, 6m Contract) Our client is a reputable Singapore bank, who is looking for HR Manager (HRBP) - Relationship Management to support their operations. Responsibilities: Act as a proactive business partner on various HR services including, but not limited to employee relations, performance management, annual compensation review, learning and talent management, reward, exit management etc. Be an Employee advocate to build employee outreach/feedback channels and HR programs to enhance employee engagement Provide professional HR advisory and solutions across the whole range of HR activities Manage processes so as to uphold the productivity and compliance with internal and external regulation or guidelines Participate in various assigned HR projects Requirements: Minimum5 years of experience’ experience in an HR generalist role.
