General Manager (PRC) The General Manager (PRC) will be responsible for leading the overall business development, sales growth, and commercial strategies of Wai Yuen Tong in Mainland China. This role requires a dynamic business leader with deep market insights, strong sales management capabilities, and a proven ability to drive sustainable revenue and market share growth in the pharmaceutical and health products sector. Key Responsibilities Formulate and execute strategic sales and revenue growth plans for the Mainland China market. Lead the development and execution of sales, distribution, and marketing strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets. Strengthen brand presence and expand market penetration across retail, pharmacy, hospital, and e-commerce channels. Drive performance and profitability of cross-border and domestic e-commerce businesses through data analytics, marketing innovation, and customer engagement. Build and lead high-performing sales and commercial teams to ensure execution excellence. Develop partnerships and strategic alliances to drive business expansion and enhance competitiveness. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to meet financial objectives. Ensure complete compliance with regulatory requirements while upholding the company’s quality standards and brand integrity. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or health products industry, with at least 5 years in senior commercial or sales leadership roles. Strong business acumen and in-depth understanding of the Mainland China sales and distribution landscape. Proven success in driving market growth and achieving sales objectives. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills with cross-cultural management experience. Willingness to travel frequently between Hong Kong and Mainland China. Immediate availability is preferred.
