Senior Professional Sales Representative (Open for Fresh Graduates) Responsible for promoting the Company's Vaccines Product Portfolio to healthcare professionals and other related stakeholders in the private sector by delivering promotional messages, increasing product awareness, and providing solutions to customers' enquiry. Work closely with marketing and other functional teams to co‑create market initiatives in order to deliver product promotional messages and support business growth. Identify potential business sources within the assigned territory and coordinate the business execution plan with both internal and external stakeholders. Explore potential sales opportunities, negotiate pricing offers and close business deals with customers. Organise and implement promotion activities such as HCP educational meetings, product group detailing, and nurse training sessions; facilitate onsite vaccination activities in collaboration with healthcare organisations. Execute the call plan of the assigned territory at a specific frequency; regularly review pre‑defined KPIs and sales performance of the territory. Establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders within the assigned territory. Collect market intelligence to understand the latest market landscape and competitors' movements. Prepare sales reports and other related documents. WHAT YOU MUST HAVE Entrepreneurship mindset and a will to succeed. Self‑motivated, outgoing and strong interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in science‑related disciplines such as Life Science, Pure Science (Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry), Pharmacy or related disciplines. Candidate with 3‑5 years of sales experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry handling vaccines.
